REI Evolution Bham is a social and educational networking group that meets monthly in Birmingham AL. All experience levels are welcome. Come network with real estate professionals and service providers. February's event will include education segments on property inspections (foundation deflection and exterior grading) presented by Cody McCandless CPI, Alabama licensed Home inspector, and Contract basics and differences presented by Hannah McCandless and Imad Mohammad. The special guest speaker will be Josh Anderson, a tax deed specialist.
