Real Estate Fraud Briefing: ADRE, the AG's Office, and the Secret Service
About this Event
Home Fraud Defense: Arizona's 2026 Real Estate Fraud Briefing
Real estate fraud is no longer an occasional problem at the closing table. Seller impersonation, wire diversion, and deed fraud are hitting Arizona transactions, and the professionals closest to the deal are usually the last to find out.
The Real Estate Fraud Briefing brings the people who investigate and regulate these cases into one room with the people who handle the transactions.
- No vendors.
- No sales presentations.
- No products for sale.
- Just what the agencies are seeing and what practitioners should do about it.
Speakers include:
- Susan Nicolson, Arizona Real Estate Commissioner
- Don Carroll, Criminal Investigator, Arizona Attorney General's Office
- Aaron Green, General Counsel, Arizona REALTORS
- U.S. Secret Service, Phoenix Field Office, Cyber Fraud Task Force
The program runs as a series of moderated interviews, followed by a fireside conversation with leadership from three of Arizona's largest brokerages.
John Rowan, founder of Home Fraud Defense, moderates.
What you will take away:
