I will reveal amazing techniques that you can immediately put into action when it comes to the process of negotiating terms on behalf of your customers. Additionally, we will navigate through the buyer purchase contract and terms as I will share insights that most agents do not complete correctly and/or serve the best interest of the buyer, eliminate additional steps during the process to closing, and leverage the best financial terms for the buyer we serve. ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Scott Barrett has devoted his career as a broker since 2009 supporting, educating, and coaching hundreds of inspiring real estate agents in reaching their desired potential. Scott has trained and coached a countless number of real estate agents that have become accomplished in their local markets. His education sessions have been requested within the industry from various Realtor boards, district level, all the way to Florida Realtors conferences. Scott proclaims his education and coaching is his calling and deeply rooted passion. The majority of attention during his teaching and coaching is highly focused on having the right mindset and implementing and following systems for everything as these are the foundation of achieving success.
