Are you interested in making a difference in someone's life? Real Care is looking to connect with individuals interested in becoming caregivers, Host Home Providers, and other direct support providers.
Join us for Real Care Connect, held the second Friday of each month!
Stop by and:
- Learn about available opportunities and services.
- Meet our team and ask questions.
- Complete an application.
- Get started with the enrollment process.
- Complete required background check steps, including CBI and CAPS, when applicable.
- Get help understanding the documents and information needed to get started.
What to Bring:
- Valid photo ID
- Current insurance information, if applicable
- Any additional information or documents you may already have available
No need to navigate the process alone! Our team will be available to help you take the next steps.
