This group is for heart-centered, purpose-driven entrepreneurs (or aspiring entrepreneurs) and leaders who are interested in meeting others in the area, growing together and supporting one another personally & professionally. You will leave feeling inspired because of the connections and energy sparked by connecting with other like-minded growth partners. We limit it to 20 attendees.
We start the evening with informal conversation, connections and light snacks. I will help you feel welcomed and introduce you to others if that's uncomfortable for you. We spend the rest of our time sharing wins, struggles, asking for support on various business-related (or personal) items & we spark the monthly theme (the private virtual group will continue on that theme in discussions the whole month). We will typically have an exercise or teaching that will inspire growth personally or professionally.
There is a separate private virtual group -it’s $49 per quarter and is another great place to connect, support and empower one another.

More about me and why I'm doing this.....my background is HR/consulting/leadership coaching and self-employment for 9 years. As I've shifted my own energy and business, I now offer empowerment guidance and workplace consulting (in addition to exec/key employee recruitment projects) on a contract-basis and I can bring growth, well-being and resource workshops & 1:1 leader &/or employee guidance into workplaces or custom retreats or really anywhere workshops (even home workshops!).
I also offer 1:1 alignment/expansion sessions to anyone feeling stuck in their growth in work/life/business. My sessions offer guidance as we explore any struggles & solutions. I integrate human design & other tools including energy shifting somatic practices that can help people grow their confidence, self-motivate, lean into their gifts, overcome their struggles and truly become their best self or even hit that next milestone goal. Let’s shift your energy to match the version of your future self!
You have all the power within you but sometimes we all just need an outside perspective or spark. Sometimes it takes just one session to make a major shift. If there are challenges we can't tackle together, I also have many referral partners & resources.
This tribe will help you in your growth while I look forward to meeting new friends inspired by growth & development and also gives me an opportunity to share my own gifts & what I've learned in my 50+ years of life & 30+ years of business experience 🙂 Raw and real, the good, bad & ugly.
