Reagan Sobel Yoga Class at Venture X in Park Circle

Venture X is a boutique style coworking space in the heart of Park Circle. With the new year approaching, we are proud to support our members' and the community's movement and wellness goals by hosting a Reagan Sobel yoga class.

Reagan Sobel, E-RYT 500, is a Park Circle local who is passionate about guiding her students to evolve deeper into their yoga practice while building community. Her teaching style is a unique and authentic blend of creative Vinyasa and traditional asana. Her classes are crafted to encourage students to explore the deeper aspects of yoga and mindfulness and how they can take it off their mats and into their daily lives. She loves studying yoga philosophy and history and you’ll often find her weaving it into her offerings. Reagan has been practicing yoga regularly since 2016 and teaching since 2019. When she is not practicing or teaching yoga, you can find her doing some combination of spending time in the sun, reading, or traveling to a new place.

We look forward to seeing Venture X members and members of the community come out to enjoy some yoga and community building.
