Position Overview:
As a Greenhouse Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating elevated greenhouse equipment and supporting daily greenhouse operations to ensure healthy crop production and efficient workflow throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
🌿 Operate elevated greenhouse equipment throughout growing aisles
🌿 Access plants at various heights to perform cultivation and maintenance tasks
🌿 Assist with pruning, watering, training, and harvesting greenhouse crops
🌿 Monitor plant health and report irrigation, pest, or disease concerns
🌿 Load, unload, and transport plants, materials, and supplies
🌿 Assist with planting, spacing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
🌿 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
🌿 Follow all safety, quality assurance, and food safety procedures
