Ready, Set, Celebrate! A Holiday Scent Experience

Before you tackle what’s next, come take a breath and decide how you want to show up for the rest of it.

Through a playful demonstration, mystery scents, and a DIY experience, we’ll explore stress, the nervous system, and emotional intelligence. Expect a few laughs, an “aha!” moment or two, and simple tools to help you pause, name what you need, and choose what comes next.

Each participant will create a personal aromatherapy inhaler to take home, with all supplies and instructions included. .

About the teacher:

Elle, the founder of Rosemary+Lavender, is a mother of five, military wife, and serial entrepreneur with a passion for teaching and helping others. Since the age of five, she has dreamed of being an educator and believes that giving back and empowering others are among the greatest sources of happiness. Through Rosemary+Lavender, she shares her knowledge of how nature’s God-given gifts can be used to support everyday wellness and beauty.
