• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable
• Please scan this ticket at the venue counter with the ushers available
• VVIP ticket holders, please collect your wristbands to be eligible for the meet & greet!
• Kids under 5 years of age are admitted free (no seats)
• Doors open at 4.30 PM, ushers will check your ticket at the lobby and lead you to your seats
• No alcohol is permitted inside the venue
• Snacks/food available for purchase in the lobby, but not permitted inside the concert hall
