Join a Ranger to celebrate Hispanic Heritage month in the form of a Reading with a Ranger Program. We will be reading Senorita Mariposa by Ben Gundersheimer and Marcos Alamada Rivero. After our reading it is craft time as we create our own Monarchs and discuss how amazing Monarch are.
When: October 4th - 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Where: The Nature Center
Who: Youth 12 and under but all are welcome! (youth must be accompanied by an adult
Bring: Water and trail shoes
Reminders: All ranger led programs are subject to weather cancelations.
Please dress for the weather.
Attendance to this event is open to the public and free AFTER regular day use or camping fees.
