Escape to the mountains for a cozy, (possibly) snow-dusted weekend filled with books, creativity, and connection at Bookdom Apothecary’s First Annual Readers Retreat!

Tucked away at SUU’s Mountain Center Cabin, this three-day retreat is the perfect start to your reading year — a chance to unwind, recharge, and dive into stories surrounded by fellow book lovers.

Arrive, get settled, and kick off the weekend with a catered dinner by Chef Alfredo’s during an interactive M**der Mystery Party!
Afterward, relax with a cozy Movie Night and hot cocoa as you settle in for the weekend.

Start the day with a full breakfast, enjoy a laid-back afternoon of reading, journaling, or crafting, and refuel with sandwiches from Firehouse Subs for lunch.
Dinner will feature a mouthwatering BBQ spread from 435 BBQ, followed by Paint Night with Paisha Paints — create your very own Winter Wonderland masterpiece while following a Bob Ross tutorial.

Ease into the morning with a continental and leftover breakfast, spend your final hours relaxing, chatting, or reading by the fire before checkout at noon.

Please bring your own bedding (blankets, pillows, sleeping bag or blow-up mattress), towels, and personal hygiene products.
The Mountain Center Cabin offers limited sleeping arrangements:

• 7 twin-size beds (first come, first serve)
• 3 private rooms with queen-size beds (first come, first serve)
• Plenty of floor space is available for sleeping bags or blow-up mattress
