You are invited to join the celebration of the 250th anniversary of this historic day as the Declaration of Independence is read aloud in cities and towns across the Commonwealth.
Commemorate and celebrate the birth of our country with our community through:
- Reading the Declaration of Independence
- A 13 gun salute with cannons
- Fife and drum band
- Games popular with children during the American Revolution
- Colonial era cooking demonstration by a living historian
- Pot luck supper
- Flags and copies of the Declaration of Independence will be handed out to attendees
- Raffle
