Reading ADHD Group is a safe space for people with ADHD to chat, exchange coping strategies or have a laugh. There is no medical affiliation to the group its just Adults with ADHD helping each other out. You do not need a formal diagnosis to come along, you do not need to book.
As the group currently is not funded, we welcome £2 donations to cover the costs of the room hire and refreshments.
