Youth have had fun reading to furry friends from Abilene Therapy Dogs at the South Branch, and this summer, we’re bringing the fun to your Main Library. Kids are invited to come out to this literacy initiative where they’ll have the chance to read to an audience that won’t judge you for making a mistake or stumbling on a word. It’s a great way to spend an early evening at the library, and one our special animal guests love to be a part of.
