Join Journey Within for an immersive mixed-media workshop where poetry, visual art, and reflection come together. Using magazine clippings, imagery, and guided prompts, you’ll create a collage poem that tells a unique story of your own.
To welcome you into this experience, we’ll begin with a complimentary 5 mL botanical glycerite handcrafted by Journey Within.
Guests are also encouraged to explore Root City’s botanical beverage menu before, during, or after the workshop.
Next, you will complete a brief reflective journaling exercise inspired by your creative process.
You will then have the option to share your collage poem, journal reflection, or thoughts about the experience, only if you feel comfortable. Sharing is always optional.
This is an opportunity to connect with others in a calm, welcoming space that encourages creativity, reflection, and meaningful conversation.
Afterward, feel free to stay for Root City’s Open Mic Night beginning at 7:00 PM.
