Join us for a unique book collective where we dive deep into "Skill in Action: Radicalizing Your Yoga Practice to Create a Just World" by Michelle Cassandra Johnson. This isn't your typical book club – we're taking our time (March-November!) to truly absorb and apply the lessons, both on and off the mat. 🧘♀️➡️🌍This collective is about more than just reading; it's about embodying the principles of yoga to create a more just world. We'll explore themes of social justice, equity, and collective action, and discuss how we can put these ideas into practice in our daily lives.
What to Expect:
Thoughtful discussions: Share your insights, reflections, and questions in a supportive and engaging environment.
Community building: Connect with like-minded individuals who are passionate about yoga and social justice.
Action-oriented learning: We'll explore ways to take our learning off the mat and into the world.
No pressure: Come as you are, no yoga experience or prior knowledge is required.

This is a FREE event! No sign-up is necessary. Just bring your enthusiasm and, if you have it, your copy of "Skill in Action" with your notes and reflections. No yoga mat is required.
