Re-Wilding Twerk Class

Self reclamation and Empowerment through movement and community - this is the mission of the NeTwerk. Each twerk class is a space for women, trans and non-binary people to rewild themselves and connect to one another. As a Holistic Physiotherapist and Somatic Coach, I use twerk as a powerful somatic practice to help you feel grounded in your body, strengthen your hips, legs and core, improve awareness of your pelvis, and cultivate a sense of safety, confidence, power, joy and pleasure. Twerk isn't a performance for anyone else - it's a movement to enjoy within your own body.

Each class combines hip mobility, strength training, somatic movement and twerk technique, all supported by a journey of relaxing, uplifting and empowering music. Whether you're a complete beginner or already love to dance, you'll be guided to move in a way that feels playful, grounding and freeing. Expect to laugh, sweat, connect and discover just how good it feels to move without shame or judgement.

The NeTwerk is all about YOU. When we come together, support one another and truly feel seen, something magical happens. I call it the Rewilding NeTwerking Effect: friendships form, collaborations unfold and confidence in action ripples far beyond the dance floor. Come as you are, and leave feeling more connected to yourself, more rooted in your body, and part of a community that celebrates the whole of you.
