Re-Share: Family Resource Expo: Together Strengthening Families, the Heart of Our Community.
The Family Resource Expo – July 24, 4–7 PM at Cloverdale Reformed Church.
This free, family-centered event wraps up summer with engaging activities, practical support, and fun! Families will enjoy a free dinner.
With 25+ booths representing local nonprofits and community partners, attendees will discover helpful tools, services, and valuable connections in one place.
Activities planned for families include:
- Live music and giveaways with KTSY
- Free hot dogs, burgers, and drinks
- Bounce house and cornhole lawn games
- Free ice cream truck (pending)
- Free haircuts from Paul Mitchell students
- Kids’ stats station
- Child ID cards for safety (NYL)
- Free bilingual (Spanish) book for each child
- STEM activity with Reuseum Educational to build and take home
- Bingo-style activity to encourage families to visit every booth
- Ongoing raffle drawings throughout the event
- Face painting
- Archery target practice
Please help us get the word out! Share the flyer, post on social media, add it to church bulletins, let coworkers know, send it to parent groups, and invite the families you serve.
Together, we can make sure families throughout the Treasure Valley know about the resources and support available to them.
The event will run from 4:00–7:00 PM, July 24th, Friday afternoon.
