The session is also suitable for pregnant participants.

Across this two-hour workshop, you’ll learn simple, soothing massage techniques, how to create a calming atmosphere at home, and how to communicate clearly for a truly relaxing shared experience. The massage is fully clothed and floor-based, making it easy to recreate together beyond the session. You’ll also explore the use of essential oils, and each participant will take home a custom aromatherapy roller to continue the ritual of care.
