re/member 5Rhythms & Somatic IFS workshops

Blending the transformative practices of 5Rhythms and Somatic Internal Family Systems (IFS), this workshop offers a deeply experiential space to explore the relationship between body, psyche, emotion, and inner multiplicity. Through movement journeys, guided somatic inquiry, parts mapping, partner and group exercises, journaling, ritual theatre, and spacious integration practices, we will explore how our inner worlds live and move through the body — and how movement can become a pathway toward healing, compassion, expression, and reconnection.
This is not a workshop about performing, fixing, or becoming someone else.
It is about creating enough safety and curiosity to meet ourselves more honestly — exactly where we are.
Saturday 2:30-6:30pm
Sunday 12:30-5:30pm
No previous experience with 5Rhythms, IFS, dance, or therapy is required.
All bodies, identities, ages, and levels of movement experience are warmly welcome.
Come as you are.
Move as you can.
