These workshops offer an opportunity to learn meditation and mindfulness practices directly from Venerable Thích Bảo Thành, Abbot of Xa Loi Temple. Participants will learn practical methods for calming the mind, reducing stress, and bringing greater awareness and compassion into daily life.

The Linaige of Master Bao Thanh is known as "That Bao Huyen Mon", it includes Mantras, Mudras, and Motions to awaken the compassion and wisdome within each of us.
