Rooted in the traditional Rebirthing Breathwork method passed down by Leonard Orr, this intimate session combines the gentle depth of Yin Breathwork with the vibrational healing of sound therapy and hands-on bodywork.

Facilitated by Simon Yuen, Master Breathwork Instructor and Yin (Rebrithing) Breathwork Facilitator, this journey honours the legacy of Rebirthing — a practice created to support humanity’s transformation through breath.

Unlike high-intensity breathwork styles, this Yin approach is slow, soft, and powerful. It supports emotional release and nervous system healing without force, creating a safe and sacred space for lasting inner shift.

Simon Yuen is a globally recognised Master Breathwork Instructor, Sound Healer, and Movement Coach who has guided thousands of people across Australia and Asia through transformative breathwork journeys since 2018.

Simon is internationally certified and has trained in some of the world’s leading breathwork traditions. He is a Certified Pranayama Instructor, a Functional Breathing Coach, and a Master Breathwork Instructor with Breathless Expeditions, where he also mentors and trains new facilitators.

Most recently, he completed Yin Breathwork (Rebirthing) training with Suntara, honouring the legacy of Leonard Orr, the founder of Rebirthing Breathwork. This added a new level of softness and emotional depth to his facilitation, allowing for deep inner work through a gentle, connected breath.

Through his platform Erthe Life, Simon shares his lifelong dedication to helping others reset, release, and reconnect — to their breath, their body, and the present moment, one conscious inhale at a time.
