RDY Saturday Night Breathwork & Sound Bath Experience

Come join us for a relaxing evening at 11955 Washington Blvd. for our Breathwork & Sound Bath Experience event! In this breath and sound bath practice you will work toward a state of calm and focused relaxation where you will clear mental blocks in your life and find a sense of peace, power, and clarity. Gongs, crystal singing bowls, ocean drums and many other musical instruments come together to create a meditative experience unlike any other to relax your body and calm your mind. Sound waves vibrate through every cell of your body as you enter a state of deep relaxation losing track of time and letting go of stress, worry and anxiety.

You’ll come out from this amazing practice with a sense of inspiration, clarity, and mental wellbeing.

The breathwork & soundbath starts at 7:00pm and we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early to get situated and ready. There is free parking in the back parking lot as well as street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.

If you are new to soundbath and want to know what to bring, we recommend comfort. You will experience the sound lying down so bring your yoga mat. We recommend a blanket, perhaps something to lay your head on or other props to be comfortable.
