RDU Business Opportunity Workshop

The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority invites small business professional service firms to attend its Small Business Opportunity Workshop on Monday, August 24, 2026, at the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority Offices, 1000 Trade Drive, RDU Airport.
Registration begins at 1:30 p.m., and the workshop will conclude at 4:00 p.m. This registration is for in-person attendance only. Registration is limited to two (2) attendees per firm.
This workshop is designed to educate and connect small business professional service firms with upcoming opportunities at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Many opportunities support the Authority's planning, design, and development initiatives, however the Authority also utilizes a broad range of professional services through its staff augmentation contracts, including:
- Architecture, engineering, planning, environmental services,
- Information technology,
- Accounting,
- Geographic information system (GIS) support
- Procurement,
- Interior design,
- Administrative support, and other specialized consulting services.
The agenda will include a briefing by airport staff, an overview of the Authority’s long-term development program (Vision 2040), explanation of the Authority’s new Small Business Program, plus networking opportunities with the five staff augmentation prime firms and key Authority staff.
The workshop will conclude at 4:00 p.m.
