RDC Patriot Club skills sessions

Skills Workouts (Available for Team members and non-members)

• Non-members will be required to pay $20 per walk in session. Payment must be made here: http://www.patriotsportsclub.com/pay-me.html OR through the eventbrite APP

• Skills sessions will be approximately 45 -60 minutes

• Members are asked to do only a maximum of 2 skills sessions per week

• Players will be required to bring their own ball

• 530 sessions are for beginners (5th grade and under), 630 sessions are for intermediate. Please get approval from coach or trainer to attend above or below your age level

• Anyone not signed up on Eventbrite will be allowed to participate up to 15 kids; non-signed up kids above 15 may be turned away

• Skills workouts – Will be performed in a group setting focusing on an player's personal skills

• Schedule will be Tuesday 530 and 630

Skills sessions will focus on: Shooting, Footwork, Dribbling, Speed and Agility, Defense and rebounding, attacking the basket, etc.
