Join RCAL's Disability Awareness Parade, a celebration of inclusion, independence, and community pride. This is the only event of its kind in New York State, bringing together individuals with disabilities, families, advocates, service providers, and supporters from across the region.
Come out to march, cheer, connect, and help amplify the message that accessibility and equal opportunity matter for everyone.
🎈 Event Highlights:
• Community parade through Kingston beginning at 11:00 AM
• Music, celebration, and visibility for disability awareness
• Resource Fair beginning at 12 PM at Keegan Ales and People's Place, 20 St. James St., Kingston.
• Family-friendly activities, games, and connection opportunities
• Local nonprofits and organizations sharing services and supports
The Resource Fair will open at 12 PM, offering a chance to meet community partners, learn about services, and engage with organizations working to support independence and inclusion.
📣 Nonprofits and supporters interested in marching or tabling are encouraged to reach out at 845-331-0541 x12.
This day is about celebrating ability, building connections, and strengthening a more inclusive community for all.
