Raíces & Renacimiento is a day-long women’s retreat rooted in healing, rest, cultural connection, and renewal.
This retreat was created for women who are holding so much. Women who are supporting others, building careers, navigating family dynamics, healing generational patterns, and still trying to find space for themselves.
This is your invitation to pause.
Throughout the day, we will gather in intentional community and engage in grounding practices, nervous system support, gentle movement, reflective exercises, healing circle conversations, and restorative experiences designed to help you reconnect with yourself.
You can expect:
Opening grounding and intention setting
Mindfulness and nervous system support practices
Gentle movement
Women’s healing circle focused on identity and renewal
Integration and reflection time
Community connection
A restorative closing experience
You are always invited to participate at your own pace. This space honors consent, choice, and self-care.
This retreat is especially meaningful for women navigating first-generation experiences, cultural identity, family dynamics, burnout, or major life transitions. All women are welcome.
