Don’t miss out on our first wine dinner of the year celebrating Raymond Vineyard’s 50th Anniversary. Five courses, 5 pairings of superb Napa and Sonoma wines.
Course One is Seafood Parmesan Basket with crabmeat, avocado, tomato, arugula onions and cilantro paired with Raymond 2024 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc.
Course Two is Cuban Sliders with provolone, dijon mustard, cornishen pickle, pulled pork, sliced ham paired side by side with Raymond Reserve Napa Valley Cabernet AND Raymond 1881 Cabernet Sauvignon. Raymond Reserve 2023 Carneros Chardonnay.
Course Three is Red Fish Papiollte paired with Raymond Reserve Napa Valley Cabernet.
Course Four is Fresh Drunken Berries impinged in Moscatto over Angel Food Cake paired with JCB #69 Champagne.
