6:00PM TO 10:30PM BOTH EVENINGS.
RAYENARI Light Art Festival returns November 13–14, 2026, at the Sunland Park Sports Complex, inviting residents and visitors to experience art in a new light.
Free and open to all ages, the festival will take place from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. both evenings, featuring light-based installations, sculpture, music, and creative experiences that celebrate the culture and artistic spirit of the El Paso borderland.
Founded in 2024 by artists and educators Angel Cabrales and Bianca Cabrales, RAYENARI was created to expand how and where people experience art. Moving beyond traditional gallery and museum spaces, the festival explores light as an artistic medium, transforming spaces through color, movement, scale, sound, and interaction.
Rooted in the culture and creativity of the U.S.–Mexico border region, RAYENARI creates opportunities for artists to share their work while bringing the community together through accessible
