What if you could enjoy delicious desserts with no flour, dairy or sugar? You can! Join Chef Stevie of Khronology Functional Wellness to learn all about delicious raw vegan desserts then prepare and eat some yummy recipes! $45 per person includes hands on cooking class and instruction, take home recipes, and ingredients. Class held at the teaching kitchen of the Arc of the Pikes Peak Region. All ingredients, recipes and equipment will be provided. You'll be surprised at how easy and delicious these desserts are! Chef Stevie has over 30 years experience as a chef and nutritionist, starting her career in New Orleans where she is from. She believes food should both be good AND good for you!
