RAW: Seasonal Un-cooking Experience
Held in peak summer, this class explores how fresh live ingredients and light ferments can become satisfying meals without heat or complex preparation.
We’ll be joined by Janice Quest, lead of the Wellness Department at Leg Up Farmers Market. Since 2007, she has guided clients in food, movement, and lifestyle wellness, drawing on training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the Graff Academy of Health Sciences. Jancie brings more than 30 years of experience in Eastern wellness practices.
You'll leave with a deeper understanding of how to:
• Create flavorful dishes without heat
• Build balanced meals using fresh, living ingredients
• Use herbs as a flavor foundation
• Turn simple ingredients into refreshing meals worth sharing
.• Prepare make-ahead components for everyday meals
This demonstration-style class takes place during the Wellness Department's RAW Reset and focuses on technique, balance, and simplicity. Participation in the Reset is not required.
