Get ready to Rise and Grind Fort Lauderdale!
Join us on Saturday, September 28th, from 9 am-12 pm at the Loop Fort Lauderdale for a #FREE Fitness Extravaganza packed with energy, excitement, and a whole lot of fun from your premier fitness/wellness professionals in the area!
Check-ins kick off at 8:30 am, giving you plenty of time to get settled and mingle before the event kicks off. Starting promptly at 9:15, the incredible Nikki Bentz and Kim Dorning will lead us through a rejuvenating yoga and breathwork session to set the tone for the day and make you feel ready to conquer the next phase of the event!
After yoga (10:30), we will break off into groups and get rolling into our fun, high-energy group fitness session led by the Rise Athletics and Wellness training staff and surprise coaches. The workout will consist of full-body stations that blend strength, conditioning, and athletic movements that will have you feeling accomplished and ready to head into the remainder of the weekend with a nice tan and a good pump! And don’t worry; there will be a DJ on deck, keeping you motivated by bumping your favorite tunes as you groove your way through the workout.
But that’s not all! Before, during, and after the workout, we’ll have amazing vendors and local companies hanging out. Don’t miss the opportunity to jump in a cold plunge led by The Space Fort Lauderdale, speak with local physical therapists, and meet the best dog training crew (and their adorable dogs) in the area, plus the MKT at Las Olas Oceanside Park will be in full swing. There’s truly something for everyone.
