Doors open at 11:00 AM, giving attendees plenty of time to enjoy food, connect with others, participate in health screenings, and settle in before kickoff.
This event is designed to provide men with a welcoming space to engage in open conversations about health, wellness, and life experiences. Family members and guests are welcome. Please note that a portion of the program will include a men's discussion session. During this time, female attendees will be invited to enjoy programming and refreshments in a separate area before rejoining the event activities.
