Join me for an afternoon of Sound Healing. Step into a soothing space where the natural world meets the resonance of sound. In this immersive experience Laury will guide you on a sensory journey using a variety of instruments including crystal bowls, chimes, drums, Tibetan bowls, bells, gong & didgeridoo. These ancient sounds are designed to calm the mind, ease stress and promote deep relaxation.
*A thick Pilates mat will be provided for each participant. For your comfort please bring a pillow, blanket and support for under your knees( foam roller, pillow or bolster). If you have any questions whether this type of healing modality is for you, please check with your physician.
