Whether you're a seasoned Pilates enthusiast or just looking to try something new, this event will have you flowing, sweating, and fully immersed in the moment.

What to expect

We begin on the mat. As the live music builds up, Pilates instructor and health enthusiast Ana will guide you through a pilates session that will get a little more fast-paced than your usual class - while still completely suitable to all levels and bodies.

The energy will keep on rising, and so will you! Dance, flow, move, left and right, up in the air and down on the ground... This is the perfect time to express yourself and simply let go of any piled up energies from the week.

After the workout, we invite you to wind down with a refreshing mocktail and connect with fellow ravers. Our mocktails are infused with adaptogenic mushrooms and herbs—natural ingredients known for restoring balance to the brain and body, helping you build resilience against aging and stress. As a reminder, adaptogens are not psychoactive but support overall well-being.

How to prepare for this session

Wear loose fitting clothes and bring a water bottle.

About Ana

Ana Oliveira, originally from Portugal is a mover by heart, highlighting natural flow and dynamic powerful movements as a pilates teacher. With a passion for body movement and yoga Vinyasa, she found her balancing point in Pilates and since her training, she loves to share her knowledge and make every single person feel good about themselves in each class she teaches.

In Pilates, she found her way of leaving behind her corporate career in fashion and pursuing what she loves the most: excelling the best in each person and allowing them to connect to their bodies in ways that they may never experienced.

Passionate about natural ingredients and well-being as the centre of her lifestyle, she approaches pilates, movements and wellness as a lifestyle. Fascinated by nature, she adopted a plant-based diet, enhancing superfoods and natural ingredients daily, by the mantra "you reflect what you consume", being that food or energy-related.

She studied at SmartBody Studio in Amsterdam to become a certified Pilates instructor, bringing her knowledge and energy to the studio, creating a safe space for everyone who wants to be part of a community, and empowering each other more in every class.
