Storms inviterer til en aften i basmusikken tegn, hvor tunge tunes leveres af producere og DJ’s fra hele landet. Alle med passion for musik af den slags der opstod på den britiske rave scene og den jamaicanske sound system kultur: Jungle, Dubstep, Dub, UK Garage og Grime.
RAVE HOSTS er Inna City og Smooth Oscillator som denne gang har fornøjelsen af at kunne præsentere Mbizo og Vitus. Lyden leveres af Odenses eget lydsystem Kingsway Hi-Fi.
Mbizo
Mbizo er et etableret navn på den københavnske basscene og en del af Nørrebro Basklub. Stilen spænder fra det rave-orienterede til det chillede og sumpede. Sammen med 2000F medvirker han på de danske compilationplader Danish Dub part 1 og 2 og har senest haft sit remix af AV AV AV’s “Need you” med på deres nye remix EP. Med et bevidst udgangspunkt i dub musik, tager han sine DJ-sets op og ned i tempo og forskellige bas-genrer kommer i spil. Mbizo repræsenterer soundsystem-kulturen - dyb bas og dansemusik er garanteret.
Vitus
Vitus startede som DJ i 1998 på Christiania Radio og drum'n'bass-fester i en lang række af Københavns mindre klubber. Er fortsat meget inspireret af de tidligste toner af jungle/drum'n'bass fra 1994-1998 og labels såsom Metalheadz, True Playaz, Virus og V Recs. Sender dig en tur ned af memory lane med alle klassikerne og skjulte perler fra det bagerste af vinylkassen.

Once again Storms invites you to an evening in the name of bass music, where the heaviest tunes will be provided by producers and DJ’s from all over the country. They all share a great passion for the kind of music which emerged from the British rave scene and the Jamaican sound system culture, being genres such as Jungle, Dubstep, Dub, UK Garage and Grime.
The hosts of the evening are Inna City and Smooth Oscillator, who has the honor of presenting Mbizo and Vitus. The sound will be brought to you by Odenses own sound system Kingsway Hi-Fi.
Mbizo
Mbizo is an established act on the bass scene of Copenhagen and a member of Nørrebro Basklub. His style ranges from the rave-oriented to the chilled and swamped. Along with 2000F participates on the danish compilation albums Danish Dub part 1 and 2 and he recently had his remix of AV AV AV’s “Need You” featured on their new remix EP.
With a concoius base in Dub music, he brings his DJ sets up and down in tempo and a variety of different bass genres will come in to play. Mbizo represents the sound system culture - deep sub bass and dancemusic is guaranteed.
Vitus
Vitus started DJing as a young whippersnapper in 1998 at Christiania Radio and various parties in and around Copenhagen. Still today heavily influenced by the jungle/drum'n'bass-era of 1994-1998 and labels such as Metalheadz, True Playaz, Virus and V Recs. You are guaranteed a trip down memory lane with a mint selection of stone cold classics – for the beard stroke massive.
