What's working? What needs to shift? What are you ready to release or recommit to?We'll move through a gentle yoga flow to reconnect with your body, followed by guided meditation and reflection time. Through journaling prompts and contemplative practice, you'll have the opportunity to refine your sankalpa or set a new intention for the second half of the year.Whether your New Year's intentions have flourished or fallen away, this is a judgment-free space to honor your journey and move forward with renewed clarity and purpose.
