We are truly excited for our Alcohol-free Tasting Menu coming up on Thursday, January 16th! 🍹❎We’ve created a 5-course tasting menu, each course paired with non-alcoholic drinks using the incredible ingredients from Rare Tea Cellar! Escape the ennui of Dry January and experience the delicately balanced, rich, and aromatic flavors that teas and infusions bring to Japanese cuisine.
This menu is a true partnership between food and beverage, and a celebration of the exceptional ingredients sourced by our friends at Rare Tea Cellar.

shibazuke pickle / umeboshi sesame�paired with bamboo and cherry blossom fermented soda
second :
roasted sunchoke / crispy buckwheat / maple soy glaze / smoked onion oil �paired with sobacha / orange ginger souffle
third :
ochazuke / smoked salmon / yuzu green tea / freeze dried cucumber furikake�paired with koridashi brewed sencha “bubble tea” / yuzu popping boba
