Rare by Design presents The Film Festival

The Film Festival is South Dakota’s first-ever local film festival, ran by people with disabilities FOR people with disabilities. We seek films from all over the world to showcase the talents of people with physical and developmental disabilities. Our team is passionate about giving people with disabilities or rare diseases the opportunity to express themselves on the BIG screen!

We will have sign language interpreters.
