✨ Rapèh: A sacred tobacco-based snuff used by Amazonian tribes. Calms the mind, grounds the spirit and opens the heart. It clears mental clutter and creates space for transformation and inner stillness.

Contraindications:
Rapèh is administered through the nose, which can affect the respiratory system. Individuals with chronic respiratory issues such as severe asthma, bronchitis, or severe allergies may experience discomfort or complications, as the medicine can cause congestion or irritate the airways.
Individuals with serious eye conditions, such as glaucoma, cataracts, or corneal damage, should avoid Sananga unless advised otherwise by a healthcare provider, as it can cause irritation or worsen symptoms.
People with Eye Infections
If you have an active eye infection (such as conjunctivitis), it's best to avoid Sananga, as the drops could aggravate the condition and cause further irritation.
If you wear contact lenses please bring whatever you need to remove them in order to receive the medicine.

Mahi-Wolf is a dedicated medicine carrier who has been walking the path of the medicine woman for 14 years. She describes herself as a guide of integrated spirituality, shadow work and embodiment. Since 2016, she has worked deeply with Rapè and Sananga, holding these medicines with the utmost respect, integrity and safety. Mahi is trauma-informed, with a background in sacred sexuality, plant medicine, theraputic offerings and shamanism, ensuring a well-rounded and grounded approach to her healing practices. Arron Chad:
Arron is a Shamanic practitioner and Artist. He is trained and initiated in the healing arts of these medicines and has been working with Rapeh and Sananga since 2020. He hosts regular men's group meetings, which offer space for men to build and explore a solid relationship with the masculine and also offers individual sessions and ceremonies for 'mens inner work' with a focus on realigning the inner Warrior with its true purpose and potential.
Sally Smiles:
Sally is a Shamanic Practitioner, Drum Maker & Musician, dedicated to empowering others by connecting them to the natural wisdom of the Earth and their own inner medicine. Through her ceremonial & community work , she helps individuals deepen their spiritual alignment and healing. Sally’s passion lies in facilitating & holding space for others to rediscover the ancient knowledge within themselves and the powerful energy of nature, creating a sacred space for transformation and connection.
