1:30-2:30 Sound Bath Meditation
2:30-3pm Community connection and Socializing
Please bring a mat/blanket/pillow or anything to help you feel comfortable. Mats/blankets are provided at first come, first served.
Please leave your cell phone in the car or turn off during the sound bath.
