With 14 years living in Brazil and a deep apprenticeship in sacred plant medicines, I completed a yearlong initiation to become a Medicine Woman—culminating in three powerful weeks in the Amazon jungle, where I was ceremonially initiated into the spirit of Rapéh. It is from this rooted, reverent place that I offer this medicine to you.
