Presentation Summary: Competition for grant funding is becoming more and more competitive. Therefore, nonnprofits of different sizes need to explore various strategies to improve their grant writing. In this discussion, Rachel will walk us through the different methods of grant writing and how to decide which will be the most effective for your organization.

Guest Presenter: Rachel Perry is a systems thinker with a mission-driven heart who has spent my entire career working in arts and culture nonprofit organizations. After serving as the Executive Director of Auburn Symphony Orchestra (WA) for more than seven years, she's done just about everything in the nonprofit realm you can imagine - from hauling podiums to writing six figure grants. Rachel knows firsthand that small, hyper-local nonprofits do some of the most critical work that communities need - it’s not always the biggest budgets that make the biggest impact. She's here to teach nonprofit leaders that tools and systems can not only help their organization, but their well-being.
