2026 Randolph County Fair Craft and Vendor Show is July 18th
Set up begins at 8AM, with the show open to the public @ 10AM and ending @ 3PM.
10 x 10 spots provided; however, we recommend you bring a canopy with options:
$25 - Empty spot
$30 - Spot plus one table and two chairs
Add $10 for a 2nd table
4-H members can participate free of charge
-Starting this year, online payment is now available! You can simply click the link after answering all the questions on the form & hitting 'submit'.
-Checks and cash are also still an option.

Checks will need to have your name, phone # and drivers license # on it.
Once you have registered and paid, we ask that all crafts & vendors add this facebook event to their business' facebook page as well. Plus, advertise anything/everything about this event on your behalf to help the sales of the day. We want you guys to succeed on the 18th just as much! As we get vendors registered, we will do our best to get you added as co-hosts to this event (and as fb sees fit), so that you can post updates as well.
1. We have received reports (and see them ourselves) that individuals and spam accounts are posting our event and commenting on facebook & elsewhere, on our behalf, maybe even possibly asking for payment. The only communication that can and will be made about this event is through the Randolph County Fair and/or it’s Fair Board Members (which can be found on our website). The only forms of payment we accept are cash, check and via what’s set up online through our google form registration process. We DO NOT accept Venmo, PayPal, Cash App or any other similar type of payment apps.
2. Depending on what service provider you have, service could be spotty as it might also be bogged down from everyone else in one central area. We only inform you of this to be prepared. At this time, we are planning to have an ATM truck on site too.
3. We do not have spots with electricity, so if you feel you need electricity, then you will need to provide your own QUIET generator. Any generators that are loud, will be asked to be turned off.
4. Vendors are welcome to set up your table/canopy on Friday evening and bring your items Saturday morning if you’d like. However, setting up early would be at your own risk and not the Randolph County Fair’s responsibility. Vendors should be set up and ready by 10AM.
5. Vendors are responsible for setting up and remitting Missouri sales tax. Fairgrounds are not within city limits, so city taxes will not comply. However, there are Randolph County licensing requirements.
6. While we are trying our best to make sure there are not tons of duplicate vendors, we are human and things happen. This is why it is super important to advertise and push your business on your social media's just as much.
7. There is not an admission fee to come and shop!
8. Added Vendor Options: If you sell things out of a trailer, the vendor cost is $50. If you are a 4-H or FFA member and want to have a vendor booth, you get to have a booth for free!
9. There is not assigned spots for vendors. We intend to have a general map of the layout of our location to give people an idea of where it'll be at and what they will be working with, but it is a first-come/first-serve set-up. Check-in starts at 8AM.

DURING/AFTER THE SHOW (this will be a high traffic day):
• We'll also have live music; plus, the Corn Hole Tournament with Como Cornhole and food trucks. This is also the destination for ATV/UTV Poker Run starting point/check-in!
• AFTER the show, hang tight as we have a FREE concert from the band, Fifty/Fifty and an opening performance from Maddison Sharp. The food & drinks then will also be sure to please!
