Join us Veterans Day weekend, at the veteran-owned Lost Ark Distillery for a unique class on managing pain and improving movement taught by veteran Dan Hill of DTM Fitness. This session will teach practical techniques to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall joint health.Free for veterans in honor of their service. Non-veterans are welcome to join with a donation to Vetoga.org. All equipment is provided, but feel free to bring a mat for added comfort during the session. Suggested donation is $25.
After the class, stick around to socialize at the distillery, ask Dan questions about movement and balance, and visit local vendor tables. Let’s come together to move better, feel better, and support our veterans.
