R&D | Existential Fitness: A Movement Lab with Erin Rose Ward
About this Event
Were you ever taught how to feel good?
We've asked over 4,500 people. So far, only one has said yes.
R&D is a movement lab built to change that answer. It draws on yoga, fitness and dance to reconnect you with your inner GPS and show you how rhythmic movement can support your nervous system. We call it existential fitness: training your mental, physical and emotional muscles in one session.
R&D is a pilot series, and you're invited to shape it. R&D is new. We're running it with small groups this fall to find out what works, and the people in the room decide what it becomes. Come try it and share with us how it lands in your system.
What to expect
- A big movement studio and a steady beat
- Guided stretches and simple sequences you can settle into, then room to make them your own
- Erin facilitating the whole way, so there's nothing to get right
- You leave feeling more like yourself, better about humanity, and nourished
- No experience needed. Every body is welcome, and we actually mean it.
