R&B Yin Yoga - Relax & Restore - May 17th

If your body has been holding onto stress and your mind has been moving nonstop, this is your moment to slow down and pour back into yourself. Join me on Sunday May 17th from 12:30pm to 1:30pm for a R&B Yin Yoga pop up honoring the Queens of R&B, inspired by a month that naturally celebrates mothers and the women who nurture, lead, and pour into others.

This month’s experience is a tribute to the iconic women whose music has shaped generations. Flow through deep stretches and calming movement to a soulful playlist featuring Janet Jackson, Aretha Franklin, Mary J. Blige, Beyonce, and more. This is a grown and sexy vibe designed to help you soften, release tension, and give your nervous system the reset it deserves.

BYOM = Bring your own mat. Doors will open 30 minutes before class begins at noon, and you'll have time at the end of class to mingle. A giveaway and a short guided meditation will be included. I believe yoga is a form of self care, which is a form of self love. So grab your mat, invite a friend, and join me for R&B Yin Yoga.
