R&B Yin Yoga - Relax & Restore - January 18th

Welcome to 2026, a new year and a new opportunity to move differently, rest intentionally, and take better care of yourself.

I’m excited to invite you to the first Grown & Sexy R&B Yin Yoga pop-up of the year, happening on Sunday, January 18th from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. The vibe will be set to classic 90s R&B with artists like Mya, Dru Hill, Total, Keith Sweat, and more — the kind of music that feels familiar, soulful, and grown. If that era of R&B raised you, this experience will feel like home.

BYOM = Bring your own mat. Doors will open 30 minutes before class begins at noon, and you'll have time at the end of class to mingle. A giveaway and a short guided meditation will be included. I believe yoga is a form of self care, which is a form of self love. So grab your mat, invite a friend, and join me for R&B Yin Yoga.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. If you discover you can't make it after buying your ticket, you're welcome to come to any other R&B pop up class you can attend.
