R&B Yin Yoga - Relax & Restore - February 15th

It’s time to slow things down and lean into love, connection, and deep rest. Join me on Sunday, February 15th from 12:30pm to 1:30pm for a special R&B Yin Yoga pop up celebrating some of the greatest R&B love songs of all time.

This month’s class is grown & sexy, set to a soulful playlist featuring Jodeci, Mint Condition, Janet Jackson, Tamia, and more. The music sets the tone for a smooth, calming experience designed to help you unwind, soften, and reconnect with yourself or share the moment with someone special. Whether you bring your partner or come solo, this class is an invitation to practice self love through intentional movement and stillness.

BYOM = Bring your own mat. Doors will open 30 minutes before class begins at noon, and you'll have time at the end of class to mingle. A giveaway and a short guided meditation will be included. I believe yoga is a form of self care, which is a form of self love. So grab your mat, invite a friend, and join me for R&B Yin Yoga.
