R&B + Flow at Penn Social

R&B + Flow is a Saturday yoga experience that blends movement, music, and community. Set to a live R&B mix by DJ TRÈ, this class invites you to move with intention, connect with your breath, and reset for the weekend.

All levels are welcome. Bring a mat, water, and an open mind.
